As economies around the world began to contract, we decided that we wanted to help support our customers by providing useful, timely content, amongst other things. We worked hard to bring you webinars, blog posts, and downloadable resources that were relevant, helpful, and inspiring. And we had fun doing it!

Top 5 Highlights of Our Year

1. Consolidated Forecasting Release

After months of hard work and preparation, we released our latest gamechanger: Consolidated Forecasting. It took a lot of behind-the-scenes work and collaboration, and we’re thrilled to end the year on such a high note.

2. On a more personal note, we’ve had a lot to celebrate:

- CSO Kristin Harris completed her MBA in June. We have no clue how she does it all.

- US-based Senior Account Manager Patrick Stern moved cross-country—with help from his trusty English Bulldog Lola.

- US-based Account Manager Dan Shively became a father! Congratulations, Dan! 

3. The Spotlight Family is now officially 50 strong 💪

We now have 50 employees in five different countries across the world!

4. The Legend of Nik George continues

We said goodbye to our longest standing employee, in February—only to get him back in April! Nik George left us to start the next chapter of his journey in Australia, but decided to return home before lockdown. Australia’s loss is our gain.

5. Our Christmas in July

After a difficult Q1 and Q2, we decided to celebrate our team’s hard work with a Midwinter Christmas potluck. Highlights include the costume competition, the bucket of KFC wicked wings our Product Manager brought, and our CEO receiving a figurine of Darth Vader.
