As part of our improvements to the Task Manager in Spotlight Forecasting, we've updated the workflow for creating tasks to be clearer and more intuitive. It's now easier to create a Three-Way Forecast or P&L Budget.

We’ve added a new two-monthly chart presentation option so that each point on your x-axis displays two months worth of data.

With improved convenience, speed, and usability it's now easier to create, import, and edit your budgets and forecasts. We've increased the number of tasks from 7 to 30 as well.

Our new Desktop Connector for QuickBooks Desktop, MYOB Desktop and Sage 50 Desktop gives you greater flexibility to initiate imports. You can now remotely access your desktop data and import it through our browser-based interface.

Grouping related accounts on the Balance Sheet is now available for enhanced readability and analysis. You can now focus on the information that really matters by grouping together non-essential accounts and highlighting the important ones.

As part of our Account Groupings feature, we've now added a second layer of nesting to the Profit & Loss Analysis Page! By grouping non-essential accounts and highlighting important ones, it's now easier than ever to sift through the data and find the insights you need.

We’ve updated the Add Page menu, which appears on the Customise Layout screen. You’re now able to see the range of pages available, and read a short description about them too.

Quickly duplicate any chart with the new ‘Make a copy’ button. Once you've made a copy, you can rename it and choose where to place the chart on the page.

With the new ‘Make a copy’ button, you can duplicate any of your report pages. You also have control over where these copies land in your report and what they’re named.

Spotlight is bringing new innovation to reporting with the launch of Tracking Category Reporting (including Tracked Budgets) for Xero and QuickBooks data sources.
