Todd Muise, Principal and COO at The Bookkeeping Bureau
Todd has been working in the Ottawa community for 30 years, where he as been enjoying the entrepreneurial spirit of local small business and developing his passions for corporate culture. Todd is a high-level strategic thinker with strong operations, business development, project management and team leadership skills. This drive, and experience, led to his current role at The Bookkeeping Bureau, wherein he enjoys empowering business owners and leaders to make educated decisions about their business through financial literacy and bespoke reporting. He recognized the value of community and enjoys participating in the continuous improvement of his community through the contributions and initiatives of the Orléans Business Improvement Area (BIA), where The Bookkeeping Bureau is located. In his spare time, Todd is an audiophile with a passion for music and stays fit playing hockey a few days a week. He is also a restaurant aficionado and enjoys culture and hospitality in all its forms and venues. Todd lives in Alta Vista with his wife Amy, cats Ferris and Orea, and parrot Kiwi.
Ethan Spadino, Business Development Manager, Spotlight Reporting
Ethan, Business Development Manager at Spotlight Reporting, is based in Lancaster County PA, and has been with Spotlight Reporting for over 3 three years. Before that, he was working with Xero in Sydney, Australia. While at Spotlight, Ethan has worked with firms in the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. His global mindset has been critical in his role in supporting accounting firms and CFOs. The best part of Ethan’s day is empowering accountants/CFOs to make the unknown, crystal clear to their clients. Ethan believes all clients should have access to easy-to-read reports that get them excited about their data. Ethan’s home life is spent with his wife from the Czech Republic, and their mini goldendoodle Koblinka. He loves to travel and has lived in the USA, Czech, New Zealand, and Australia.
