At Spotlight Reporting, our mission has always been to empower you with the tools, support, and innovation to deliver world-class advisory services to your clients.

During this time, we’ve kept our pricing unchanged but to continue innovating and delivering the service you expect, we’re making a modest adjustment to our Basic Plan.

From 1 October 2025, the Basic Plan will be increasing from $295 to $329 per month (+ sales tax if applicable). For the UK, it will be increasing from £295 to £320 per month (+ sales tax if applicable).

why is the pricing changing now?

We’ve held prices flat for several years whilst investing heavily in product, team, and resources. This modest increase ensures we can continue to deliver world-class value.

how much is the increase?

$34 per month (from $295 → $329), effective October. (For UK, it is 295GBP to 320GBP).

how does this compare to inflation/competitors?

It’s well below inflation for the cumulative period since our last increase, and we remain highly competitive — especially given that training, integrations, and 24/7 support are included that aren’t standard for some other brands.

are there other additions to the basic pack i should be aware of?

You can access the additional training at any time (one training per annum is already included in the subscription, this now becomes two). You can also access the ‘kick start’ with Customer Success. is supervcfo pricing affected (the $495/£495 package)?

No, at $495/£495 you receive additional organisations, a dedicated and on-call Customer Success Manager to help you grow and monetise, and 3 trainings per annum. If you wish to upgrade, please contact Customer Success in your region.

is spotlight sustain (ESG) included in my basic bundle?

No, but this can be added at a 50% discount for 6 months or free for 3 months. Contact Sales in your region.
