CA ANZ Member Benefits Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional offer (Offer) is run on behalf of Spotlight Reporting Limited (NZ company number 1331652), registered office at 47 The Esplanade, Petone, Lower Hutt, 5012, New Zealand.
   
   The Offer is open from 12:00am on 1 March 2022 to 11:59pm on 28 September 2022 (the Promotional Period). Spotlight Reporting may extend, cancel or amend this Offer and/or review and update these terms and conditions at any time, at its sole discretion.

2. To be eligible for this Offer, users must:
   
   • be a Chartered Accountant Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) member, and
   • be a new Spotlight Reporting subscriber purchasing a Business or Advisor Plan - but excluding Single Organisation Business Plans.

3. The Offer entitles the eligible user to 50% off a new subscription for the first 3 months. The offer is available once for each subscriber. If there are multiple CA ANZ members per company then only one discount period will apply.

4. The Offer cannot be transferred to others, or exchanged for cash or other benefits and cannot be split, or used more than once.
